Job Description:
Namangan Netstratum MChJ is looking for a Senior Fronte End Developer ( React ), you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using React.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to build scalable and high-performance web solutions. Your expertise in React.js and related technologies will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex frontend systems, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize applications.
• Implement automated testing strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of applications. Participate in testing and debugging processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and technical designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
• Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, including state management, component lifecycle, and hooks.
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
