Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site interpretation between Chinese technical personnel and local staff to ensure clear and accurate communication.

• Assist Chinese technicians in coordinating and assigning daily tasks to local workers.

• Transport workers between different locations as required, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.

• Support daily project operations by facilitating communication during meetings, inspections, and on-site activities.

• Assist in resolving basic on-site coordination issues and report any operational challenges to the project management team.

Requirements:

• Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license, with the ability to transport workers as needed.

• Proficiency in both English and the local language , with strong interpretation and communication skills.

• Previous experience in construction, water supply, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Terms:

• Full-time position based at the Chartak Water Supply Project site.

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Vehicle allowance or fuel compensation will be provided.

• Duration of the assignment aligns with the project timeline, with possibility of extension
